CMC combination spray booth ovens, preparation spray booths and paint mixing rooms are constructed mainly from pre-coated PVC film-protected and galvanized materials. Older, conventional methods of construction, using cold rolled steel, welding and painting can lead to the premature breakdown of materials and is vulnerable to rust.

CMC SA only welds on the base stiffeners of the booth and some supports inside the booths. The company also uses pre-coated pop rivets and self-tapping screws.

CMC SA uses the latest Amada NC computerized controlled punching and four axes programmable bending machines, which ensures 100% accurate panels after punching and bending for assembly. This ensures quick, hassle free assembly on site.
